Should a cancellation be necessary, a 24-hour notice is required to give others the opportunity to enjoy our services. If you miss an appointment without required notice, you will be charged 50% for your scheduled service to compensate your stylist or esthetician for the time they reserved for you.
In order to ensure quality of service, it is at the discretion of the service provider to forfeit your scheduled appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
